"There's a reason this neighborhood is expensive...."

This is a beautiful, tree-lined street that is mercifully free of curb-cuts and other modern changes to ruin the beautiful line of brownstones. Neighborly and friendly. Lots of kids. Safe, and a fantastic neighborhood to stroll/window shop/eat out/bar-hop in.

"On 6th Street"

I wouldn’t expect much from this street. It’s kind of far away from the better shopping streets and really nothing to offer in the way of great food, it’s just a residential street that is not worth seeing on your trip to New York . If you’re looking for somewhere to live, however, this place could be considered on account of its accessibility and its Brooklyn location.

"great for an afternoon walk"

Park Slope is a popular and expensive area to live for good reason! 6th street is absolutely beautiful. The brownstones are lined up, one next to the other, each one as beautiful as the next. This is a very residential street, so I would recommend taking a stroll with your partner on a weekend afternoon. Then you can stop by one of the many fantastic restaurants for a bite to eat.
