Metered parking at Brewster is $5.50 a day. Southeast is less, but you have a much longer walk to the station. There are multiple lots in Brewster, which are run by the village and cost $166.25 for three months. Both stations also have spots owned by LAZ parking; I don't know about costs but the wait lists are apparently long. I got a permit for a Brewster village lot with no problems and it seems there are lots of empty spots.
