"Neighborhood ! Woot Woot"

I Lived Here. Its awesome during the Summer , Because its right next To mullaly park its a Big Park ! During the summer we turn on the fire hydrant and everyone gets wet and have fun. its a dirty street but not that dirty. there is a school cross the street p.s 114 Its from kindergarten to 5th grade. At night we blast music so if you don't like that uh-mm we will stop its a friendly neighborhood. Parking is good the apartments are affordable the internet is fast and the 35 bus runs through Cromwell and the 4 train. There are no gyms :( sorry BUT the obesity rate is really Low. the traffic is High when there is a game in The Yankee Stadium.

"Not Much of Anything"

Cromwell Avenue is a tiny slice of road by the Major Deegan. On one side is the Major Deegan and on the other side is parking lots and developing box stores. The area is being built up and given its proximity to Yankee Stadium it is trafficed. However, I find it hard to believe it will ever be much more than a back street to get to parking, etc...
