"Lots of action/places to spend money"

Eldridge is on the edge of the lower east side, close to Soho/Chinatown and there also happens to be a pretty good dumpling place there. Also on the street is Fontana’s Nightclub – a rock and roll bar that features cherry red booths with table service. There is another bar on the street called Milk & Honey that touts themselves as New York’s version of a London bar.

"China Town Eldrige"

Eldridge Street is close to the following metro stations: 6 at Spring Street, F, J, M, Z at Essex St- Delancey St, and the J, M, Z at Bowery. It is also accessible to many buses. Foot traffic is moderate, and it is a good neighborhood for all people!

Eldridge Street is a wonderful place to live. I would recommend it to anyone in any walk of life. The great people, the accesibility to Chinatown, and the solitude are wonderful assets! Eldridge street has many things nearby, adding to the convenience and overall charm of the street! It's a little too dirty for me though!
