Seeking a cheap parking garage in the Upper 80s/near East End Avenue

Eventually we're going to let go of our small SUV, but for now - when we move back to NYC - we're looking for a garage that is below the $525/mth parking in our building. Any reasonably priced garages in this neighborhood, preferably near 83rd and East End?

Around $500 / month is really standard for Manhattan. But, call these places and see what they have to offer:

Rapid Parking
Icon Parking
GMC Parking
Central Parking.

You may be able to negotiate a lower rate if you pay the entire year up front as well.
