"Greater Miami is a famous, dynamic city and a great place to live."

Greater Miami is a famous, dynamic city and a great place to live. The area is internationally known for its weather, beaches on the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea with soft sands and clear blue waters, historic communities, entertainment and celebrity scene, arts and cultural events, recreational parks, museums and more.

"Great weather and multicultural city"

If you like to interact with other cultures, have fun, stay in shape and be happy, Miami offers a lot of opportunities. Live near your work to avoid traffic and you will be ok.

"Pricey but Wonderful Place to Live"

I've grown up in Miami, but have been fortunate to visit and spend significant amounts of time in many other cities. Although an extremely lengthy review would be easy, in the interest of making it quick, I'll say the following:

Miami is a great place to live, but not for the reasons you so often hear. The amenities provided to tourists are terrible and most things in these neighborhoods are overpriced. Much of the city is overpriced, in fact. But if you know what you are looking for -- beautiful scenery, wonderful food at decent prices, open space, lush foliage, and interesting people, it will take years to find the nooks and crannies where it can all be found.
