Stuy Town is a massive apartment complex more than it is a neighborhood. They look like tenement homes from the outside, but they're actually massive, remodeled homes that are "reasonably" priced considering the size. They have a community gym, parking, and park activities during the summer. But, there's not much else in the area and the businesses surrounding Stuy Town are pretty shoddy. It sort of looks like no man's land once you step out of the complex. And, public transportation isn't ideal in the area. But, a good range of ages live in Stuy Town and it's just a quick hop from the East Village which has a never ending supply of things to do. So, it's not a bad area, per se.
