"The perfect place to live"

I have lived in Ditmas for quite some time now, and I can tell you two things: one, it absolutely , positively does NOT deserve its rank on Street advisor, and two it is the perfect place to live if you're looking for a quiet, serene, and clean neighborhood, with lots of amentities, including an 8 minute walk from the park. The houses are big yet affordable, and people with cars will love it because every house comea with its very own personal driveway! However cars can lead to a problem because EVERYBODY in Ditmas drives, it seems, so sometimes, there will be a lot of traffic. But, that being said, Ditmas is still number one in Brooklyn for awesome ethnic food selections. Overall Rating: 10/10
