"A Horrible Looking Street"

This is a horrible looking street. Some sections don't look too bad, but many sections look rundown and decrepit. Some buildings look like they are about to fall down. There is graffiti in many spots.

This is one area I would not recommend anyone to live at, even if there are a number of apartment buildings in the area.
