I live between 8th ave. and Prospect Park on 12th st. We're a half block from the park so its super convenient to chilling in the open spaces. The Street is well maintained... the neighbors are always having clean-up days and this and that. We participate when we can.

There's a respectible bar and restaurant on the corner, great food and good bar to hang out in after a long week.

People are great. Street is clean... what more can I say. Take a look at my video to see a better view.
