"Bay Ridge in the 90's is Sweet!"

95th Street is the last exit on the R train. It should be an area which is congested and polluted, but the block is beautiful. It's a friendly area that has the same feel as old Bay Ridge did in the '80's. Third Avenue has fantastic shops and restaurants.

"Amazing place to live."

This street is a very clean, friendly and cute place to live. There are many cafes and shops to choose from and it is close to other shopping such as groceries and things. I could not think of a better place to live and work than on this street.

"On 95th Street"

This area is a bit run down and is definitely not a place I would recommend for living options. The nearby streets capture most of what’s going on in this neighborhood, as this street is mainly residential and is not all that exciting. There are a few small business and things of that nature, but not much to write home about.
