"Nautilus Cove Condominiums"

Formerly known as 'Back Beach Road' it is the major route between Panama City and Pensecola, Florida.

Incidently the long fancy name of Panama City Beach Parkway just replaced the old 'Back Beach Road', guess the chamber of commerce wanted to make it sound more post. On one side of us is a church group, on the other is a new stip mall. Across the street is a gas station and a storage place. I am sure those places are pleased to be on a Parkway rather than just a 'road', now they charge more!

As of Oct 22, 2010 111 of the 168 condos have sold, 57 remain with the developer who is renting them out. At the moment the developer controls the BOD but on Dec. 6th there is to be an election which will give the owners 2 of the 3 seats and control of the Board. Since inception of this condo it has been poorly managed by both the BOD and Concord Management. It is time for a change!
