"nice place to stay"

Very residential area. Good place to relax and enjoy a peace of mind. However it is little bit expensive. Very quite area and people are very friendly and they treat you nice. It is a good place for retirement. They have some nice shows’ not a fan of those shows but I heard people saying they are famous and great shows..

"Smaller street close to many restaurants"

College street is one of the more popular streets in the Bronx, NY area. This street was featured on many shows all over the world. This street is mostly residential however there are several chain stores located at the end of these wonderful town homes. This street is also a quiet street with an occasional child playing on the street. This street is a one way street so be careful when traveling.
