Are there many rentals available in Dover? How much do they cost?

Based on current listings, there are a few and that's it. For the most part, we're talking homes renting space, not apartment buildings. When looking at these, I see lots of houses for rent, not just rooms. There are a small number of options under $1,000 a month but mainly they're a little above. I'd say renting a house for $1,100 or so a month in Dover is a pretty good deal but that's up to interested folks to decide.

Because of the size of the town, however, your options are going to be pretty limited right off the bat.
