"Close to the hospital and Willis Ave"

E 142 nd street is located close to Willis Ave and is close to St Francis hospital which is located on this street. This street is mostly filled with doctor offices from different specialties. This street is mostly a quiet street. However, this street is a one way street which can cause a back up when there are cars waiting to turn into the street.
