"nice street near small parks and train"

East 16th st. is a one way street. It has a number of train stations in the vicinity, which is nice. It is a funny street because it sort of stops at places and then continues a little bit farther down, as in it is not 100% connected. The reason for this is that the street is interrupted by a number of parks such as the William Kelly memorial park.

"Convenient location to shopping and schools."

This is a nice quiet neighborhood which is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Most homes are attached with parking to the side on in front of the house.
Homes are will kept and the area is quiet with light traffic.
A variety of private and public schools is accessible as well as doctors offices.
