"General Hospital Vicinity"

East 26th Street is mainly residential (great place for finding an apartment for you real estate hounds or those of you tired of couch surfing). The Bellevue Hospital Center is on this street, so if you get hurt, you’re only a few minutes away. And if you like those doctor types, it’s the perfect place for a single girl to “trip and get hurt” as there are plenty of licensed professionals prepared to help us damsels in distress. This neighborhood was economically and culturally diverse. It’s pretty hard to find a block that isn’t in this city!


East 26th street is close to the following metro station: 6 at 23rd street, and is accessible to many buses. Foot traffic is light and it is a good neighborhood for all people.
