You would think that whoever was ticketing the car would become suspicious at the 3rd ticket! I sure would have signaled it and also looked inside the car. My goodness a whole month dead in the car and no one even noticed the smell of death. For sure the smell must have been strong!

Must have and I wonder if the windows were not tinted? He was found in the back seat so that may be an explanation why he wasn't seen. I had seen a car with 3 tickets once and so I went to look inside the car. Luckily there was no one inside..and so I called the police. Later, was told that it was a stolen car.
