"On and near the water"

Through traffic is light in this liberal, artsy community located at the southern tip of Pinellas County. It's on the water -- Boca Ciega Bay -- but a short bike ride (sidewalks the entire way!) to the Gulf of Mexico. It's also close to downtown St. Pete. Tip: move south of 22nd Avenue S. It's the I-10 of Pinellas County.
