"Bay lover"

Wonderful area for people who appreciate water sports- great for sailing, fishing etc. Restaurants are plentiful and not too $$$. Medical care is abundant. House is diverse with some McMansions. Local elementary public school is excellent. Little park nearby the school is perfect for small children. Summers include family friendly block parties. Commute to Manhattan is longish due to traffic [not distance] however several options exist including express bus routes and short drive to A line.
