Harbor Island park is the largest one of the Village of Mamaroneck with playgrounds, swings, 700 ft. of salt water beach, rest rooms, marina, boat launching area, docks, tennis courts, picnic tables, ball fields, where concerts and special events take place. To the best of my knowledge, you pay for parking only during the summer/beach season - after Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day.

Yes it is free and open to the public! Over 44 acres where you can watch baseball, soccer, enjoy fishing, and seasonal events throughout the year. Permits are required for any event, and there is a paid parking lot as noted above. Glorious views!

As far as I know, paid parking is the only payment to use the spectacular Harbor Island Park.
