There is a fantastic Equinox in Roslyn, and a very busy Soul Cycle opened a few minutes away in Roslyn as well. In Manhasset, The Fitness Loft is very popular!

I belong to equinox. It is always clean and has many classes. I go to Practice in Roslyn for yoga -love Tina and we have office Yoga night there once a month. We invite friends, customers and clients. You might think I work out all the time - I don't - but Purre Bar in Munsey Park is new, hard and focuses on core. Finally- I have been going to Gyrotonics for years once a week in Manhasset and LOVE Marnie!
