"great value"

Country environment, yet only 8 minutes to Dillards. One of few streets in immediate area to have county water.

Just 5 minutes to one of the largest estuaries in Florida. Charlotte Harbor has very little boating activity despite its large size. Community fishing pier just minutes away.

All of the neighbors are friendly. There are about forty vacant lots on the street. Some are for sale. Prices had skyrocketed, but have now spiraled downward. Street is about eight blocks long and only has 5 homes on it. Most lots are 80x120 and most homes occupy two or more lots. Home prices in immediate area are $250-500K. Lot prices in the $20-40K range. Some sellers (speculators) are clueless!
