"Good for hipsters who like it a little more mellow"

I have been to this street to visit Cafe Grumpy. I was living in Manhattan at the time and happy to have a quiet Sunday in a less crowded neighborhood. If you live close to Manhattan Ave you will find it busier and easier to step out of your apartment right into a restaurant or bar. Even a few blocks away from these Avenues it is a lot quieter but still dotted with interesting cafes and shops. If you want something lush and dotted with trees, this street is not for you. Think pavement.
