Middle Village is a great neighborhood, 30 minutes from midtown manhattan. The area is clean, well groomed, friendly, has great shopping options and schools. Juniper Park, a 55 acres of greenery, tennis courts, roller skating courts, dog park, etc is the jewel of the neighborhood.

"Eliot Avenue,Middle Village,NY"

The area has serious issues with cleanliness. It's dirty here This is NO nice area. It's dirty, it's and unhealthy. The street ground particularly between the Lutheran Cemetery and Fresh Pond Rd are dirty, smelly, and pest infested. Rats and roaches live here along with you.
