"A QUIT PLACE"

New York City Teachers Center and PS 16 are among of the schools here in Monroe Ave. It is a quit place , there’s no major business establishment here. Its another residence area. It is not busy area such as traffics. Monroe Ave. is located at a junction between Fort Pl. and Victory Blvd.

"Did I mention that this area is annoying when there is a baseball game?"

Driving in this area when there is a baseball game is like asking for a headache minus the asprin. There is such a disregard for the concious driver when you are driving around the residents. They are in such a rush to get from point A to poing A plus 2. There is no words for my experience on Monroe. I was driving with the flow of traffic when a guy flipped me the bird and cut in front of me because I was not practically kissing the bumper of the guy in front of me. After finally arriving at the baseball pack I got myself a nice hot dog and finally calmed my nerves. They can be really nice people after you talk to then for a while but man if you are trying to drive in traffic around these people then you are asking to get yourself into a peridcament that youwont be able to take yourself out of. They have not regard if you are out of town or not. Know the rules of the road for Staten Island.
