What are the most Popular Hang-outs for Summer Casual Dining ?

The few places that come to my mind are "On the Waterfront" located at 2 Pelham Road, The Hudson Park Tiki Bar, and for the VERY casual dining, Lenos's Clam Bar (but locals call it "Greasy Nick's) located at 755 Pelham Road, New Rochelle. Greasy Nick's is more 'roadside dining' than anything else but always busy!

One of my favorite spots for super casual in the summer is Dudley's at the entrance to Hudson Park at the east end of Pelham Road. It has an outdoor deck (partly covered with an awning) that overlooks the New Rochelle City Marina. Food (burgers, fried fish, salads and sandwiches) are standard fare, but the water view and breezes make for a nice casual feel.
