"Quiet neighborhood street, excellent location"

This a wonderfully quiet neighborhood located in Lauderhill, with good sized homes and no problems anytime I have visited there. It is central to some great shops as well as the mall and is just a short drive to the beach and downtown Lauderdale. It is west of the turnpike and away from any really heavy traffic, but unfortunately anywhere in south florida there is traffic! So beware of that.

"Mostly residental however located near many shops and stores."

This street is mostly residental, however there are many shops and Nob Hill Road is also located next to hit. There are the coral square mall which is located 10 minutes north from here and the Swap shop which is located 15 min away from here. This street is a one lane two way street which is usually filled with kids at night.
