What parts of Pine Plains are most expensive?

I checked out a map of Pine Plains real estate, and I'd say you'll get the more expensive houses outside the central part of town. Not every house away from there is astronomically expensive, but quite a few are. I'm not going to lie, there were some 7-digit numbers on the board, and even an 8-digit number or two (but those places have very, very large plots of land -- think hundreds of acres -- to go along with some wonderful homes).

It's pretty reasonable that outside the town you'll find the more expensive real estate, because plenty of houses outside the village have more land.
