"Near the Beaches area"

Polk street is located near the Boardwalk area of Hollywood, Beach, FL. This street is mostly residential with condos and hotels who have the private beach access. There is also a private parking areas which makes this street busy at times during the late night hours and during the weekends. This street other then those times can be busy is usually traffic free at any other times. This street is located directly across from the street and is considered a smaller street.
