Where does the Putnam trailway start and end?

Correction: The last place you can enter/exit it in Putnam County is through Mahopac.

The trailway actually ends in Yonkers, New York, but the last place you can enter/exit it is through Mahopac right near the border of Baldwin Place in Westchester County.

The trailway starts in Brewster/Southeast, by the intersection of Route 6 and Putnam Avenue. I don't know where the end is, though I know it extends through Carmel and Mahopac.
