I would advise a wealthy person to buy a home on the cliffs on Paseo de la Playa in the Hollywood Riviera area of Torrance. (Redondo Beach PO)

Ha, It really depends on your life style. What do YOU like to do? Do you have kids,do you drive for work? Is being near the airport important. There are many questions I would have for you, well before I could tell you where it would be best for you to live. If you would like to meet, so I can determine the best place for a Wealthy person to live. Call me to set up an appt.

It depends on whether you have to commute or not. If you don't have to commute, the Rolling Hills area might be desirable as this is one of the most affluent areas around and it is gated with manned guard gates 24 hours a day. Wealthy people who have to commute favor homes along the Esplanade in Redondo Beach, the Strand in Manhattan Beach, or other parts of Manhattan Beach. If you like the combination of luxury and gated community, you might like an estate home in Manhattan Village, or you might like the Hill Section of Manhattan Beach, which has large ocean view mansions for the most part. Many wealthy people choose to have an ocean view -- you can find listings on my website at http://fabuloussouthbay.com/popular-searches/ocean-view-homes/.
