Is Staatsburg a hilly area? Any Hudson River overlooks on those hills?

Yes it's hilly and it runs East from the Hudson River even further than the map suggests. There are great walking trails in Staatsburg and Mills Mansion is wonderful both with great vistas of the Hudson.
