"Nice area but no sidewalks"

By Ivanhoe reservoir and Silver Lake. There are parks near by. There are some nice big trees and some nice big homes. The street is in fair condition. It is a short quiet street.There is on street as well as private garage parking. There are no side walks so you have to walk in the street.

"Nice homes and a park"

Near silver lake reservoir and Ivanhoe Reservoir. Very nice houses along here. Some hills. The streets are in decent shape. There are good sidewalks. There is on street parking and in home garage parking or driveway parking. A bike trail at the reservoir and a park. some fenced off areas too though.
