Are there any bars in Union Vale? Clubs?

As for clubs, the only ones you'll find around this town are hunting or gun clubs. There aren't any for miles around.

The only bar I can tell you about for certain is at the golf course -- at The Links at Union Vale, there's a bar and grill. Here's the catch: it closes at 8pm, which isn't good for young adults looking to make this a stop on the pub crawl. All of the other bars are outside the town it would appear, such as States Grill in Beekman/Lagrangeville.
