"The Beauty of a suburb"

The perfect picture of a New England suburb exists here in one of the only areas in Philadelphia not labeled by another name. Pine Hill is part of a quite neighborhood at celebrates holidays, goes to school, and hangs out in the summer all with each other. Its very clean and the roads are clear

"The nicest people on the Island"

The guys and gals who work here on the island dock are so great they can do anything. It's clean fun and their very friendly. They come to work early and they leave kind of late. So if you ever need anything be really nice and they'll be really nice back.

"Rules are Rules"

Your right it is where the haves escape..but you should know some of us actually live here year round. You want to pay 25,000 a year to become a member, and meet the Bushes that is on you. But living here means I'm paying for my house and there for have access to the golf course (to which I don't play) the shopping centers, all the water, and all that green green grass. It's a quietly dignified place and it's parties if you ever are invited are the classiest there are.

"Paradise unlike any other place on earth."

I live here. It's open and friendly and completely safe. You have to live here or have a membership here to enter the island. Every one here is just like you (or course there are levels of rich) and every ones open and friendly. Our yards are clean our streets a clean Vanderbilt would be so proud. The only real flaw is that they can be prejudice, there's a difference between old money and new money. There's a million places to shop and dine out. And hey you get to take a boat to school.

"Water to Water"

A fun filled exciting street that passes through all kinds of neighborhoods and shopping centers. This street runs from one water way to another body of water the other way. It's a clean street and the people are super friendly. It's an open street made with all kinds of people.

"The Split off"

What you have here is a major road (intrastate 959) they decided to run through more then 100 charming and quite Neighborhoods. Like the rest of Miami you wonder who planned what. There are only a few shops and markets in the general area but the street long enough that if you travel in one direction long enough you'll find one.

"Busy Busy Busy"

Streets that have been named after numbers usually aren't the best places to live; gangs, violence. That statement is no less true for this one. But, this one has something going for it that others in the country do not. It's busy. This road, and others like it in Miami are all used as short cuts because people hate 1-95. So While it's still dirty with it's far share of pot holes and waste your less likely to see the scummy side of life during the day...there is always a cop or a witness.

"Long Street to Every where."

This street goes through lots of Neighborhoods and shopping centers. It also connects to the high way for when you want to go to the ocean or Zoo. Not many places in Miami can be called safe but because this is a busy street with lots of intersections you can go for awhile with out seeing an abandoned car or gang member.

"Drive to Work"

I use to drive down this street to get to work. It was a nice and pleasant drive. I've been on 12 Franklin street's in the united state and this is one of my favorite's it's so quite and well organized. You can take this street to avoid highways and horrible intersections.

"Cute Charming Walk"

Cute and Charming Walk to church on a great Sunday morning. The neighborhood looks like it should belong in some pretty southern place you have no idea that there's desert just beyond the mountains. It's a nice walk and the neighbors will walk with you..Staying at my mothers house I would walk to church on sunday and always enjoyed the leisurely pace.

"Dirty for denver"

If a place in Denver can be called dirty this is it. With it's none swim-able water and not very pretty view. It's unfortunate that people (like me) had to work in this district. There is a lot of construction going on and a lot of factory like ware houses. This area is safe it's just not attractive.

"No Yard Row houses"

There are no yards here: no side yards, no back yards...and tiny tiny front yards. These are development homes so everything looks the same. The good thing is that there are side walks everywhere and you can walk to everything you need. this Neighborhood is perfect for walking or jogging and people can bike. It's surprisingly kid friendly too. They are always playing soccor in the street.

"Mostly Collgiate in Feel"

Surprisingly there were a lot of college students living on this block. Yet it was neither loud nor dirty. everyone was always really friendly and excited all the time. The thing is we lived close to the university hospital so we had really responsible med students along the strip. It was well worth it to pay a little more to live in this peaceful quiant neighborhood.
