"Bang for your Buck"

La Branch street is a nice clean area with a real neighborhood feel to it. It's an average costing area to live. It's definitely worth the price. It's a great place to bring up kids too. There is many areas that have open fields where kids can go out and play.

"Not too safe or interesting"

Rosalie Street isn't that interesting of a street and it has a lot less to do then most of the other streets in the area. It's on the borderline of not being a safe neighborhood, mostly at night though because it isn't as busy and upper class as some of the other streets.

"I'd Live Here"

I'm originally a big city boy but I love the country and this neighborhood has that nice country feel yet it's close to the city. Anita Street has a few local businesses on the street and a lot of residences and its peaceful and quiet and in close proximity to a storage facility if you need.

"Lovely Place to Retire"

Drew street is peaceful and a great seeming place for the elderly. It's quiet and there doesn't seem to be a lot of kids in the area. It's a safe area too and you could head out late at night to take a walk if you really wanted.

"Peaceful Place To Live"

Dennis street is peaceful and quiet. It seems like its way away from the city. It's a nice place to live with lovely neighbors. I feel like I could just invite the whole neighborhood to a bbq. Everyone in the area seems so nice.

"Little Bit Boring"

Austin street is more of a corporate business street. It is about the same as other streets in the area but the buildings lean more towards a corporate environment with less residences. And the clientele in the area are more professional and usually a lot are dressed in suits.

"Same as Other Streets"

Commerce Street is basically the same as many of the other streets around the area. It has businesses and residences all along it but it also is more open than other streets. It still is busy in some areas though and quiet in others.

"Nice Place To BE"

Franklin Street is busy at certain parts but busy at others. It is a street that would suit anybody depending where you were on it. Franklin Street is a long street and certain parts of it are really nice places to take a walk and you can get some food while wandering around.

"A Main Drag"

San Jacinto st is a busy and bustling street in houston. It varies from one end to the other. I has businesses and residences of all types. This seems like a very nice street to live on in the less busy parts.

"Popular but Quiet"

This is a nice peaceful neighborhood that is slowly becoming more and more popular but still retaining its peacefulness. More and more people keep moving in around here and everybody always welcomes the newcomers with a wave and a smile. This a great place to live in all aspects.

"A Nice Getaway"

23rd Drive is in a lovely area with lovely neighbors. This neighborhood is very community active and fun. The people are talkative and love to converse. The self owned and rented residences on this street are all clean and well kept. There is also a lot of trees and greenery on this street that adds that little neighborhood touch.

"Unpleasant and Loud"

24th drive is a nice looking place to live on one side of the street but once you cross the street you have a big empty lot with a busy loud highway. If highways and there noise don't bother you and you are a heavy sleeper then you would love the few residences on this street otherwise you light sleepers should look elsewhere.

"Pleasant and Green"

Living on 24th Road reminds me of living in a peaceful little town in the country. It's a peaceful and friendly place. The neighbors seem very kind and open and the neighbors aren't the only nice thing about the neighborhood. There seems to be a lot of shrubbery and trees in this little neighborhood which a rare and pleasant thing in such an urban area.

"About As Boring As 26th Ave"

Once again this is a boring and lonely street in close proximity to 26th Ave which is also boring and plain and lacks many residences or businesses but it is close to a few businesses and other residences and a cemetery.

"Quiet and Boring"

This is a short quiet street with few residences or businesses on it. It doesn't have much traffic by car or by foot. It is actually quite a boring street but it is close to a handful of businesses and a cemetery. If it does have any places to live, it would be one of my last choices.

"Long and Busy"

12th street is a long street that cuts down through Queens. It varies from top to bottom. It has multiple businesses of all types. It also has many residences of all types. Like privately owned and projects that all vary in quality. It can tend to be a busy noisy street at times.

"Short but Lovely"

14th place is a short street that loops around and connects to 14th street. The residences here are nice places to live. The neighbors are overall nice neighbors to live by. This street doesn't have much traffic so it would be a nice place to settle down if you like the quiet.

"Good Ol Queens"

18th street is a wonderful place in Queens. It's peaceful and quiet. It's also a very safe place to live. Being a short small street everybody knows everybody and it's a very close knit seeming neighborhood and community.

"Average Street in Brooklyn"

Duffield Street isn't too special but it is a pleasant place to be. It's a good place to live or work. the people that populate this street during the day and night are friendly people who are more than happy to help you with anything from moving in, carrying some groceries, or giving directions.

"Small but Sweet"

Another short and semi-uninteresting street. It is close enough to other action that it isn't too far out of the way of excitement. It is a nice street but it just isn't too interesting. I'm not sure if the buildings on the street are apartments or not but if they were it would be quite a nice place to live.

"Not Too Interesting"

There is not much that makes up Fleet Place. It is a short street with few businesses on it and I think a school. It's quite a boring little street but it seems pretty safe and quiet. I'm not sure what it is like at night though. Last time I was on it during the day the civilians wandering around seemed like kind people I could stop and ask for directions.

"Safe in the Day"

Imlay st is another one of those business/industrial streets. It's alive and well during the day while people are working but at the off-hours when nobody is around it doesn't seem like a safe place to be. And at anytime of the day or week it's always a boring place to be unless you have fun working.

"Like The Burbs"

74th st is a very lovely neighborhood. It has great houses and a great environment. Last time I was there I was visiting my aunt and uncle for christmas and I love to go back whenever I get a chance. It reminds me of the suburbs but city at the same time.

"Peaceful but Fun"

I have a friend who lives on Dean Street and its always a good time when I visit her because her neighborhood is such a close-knit one. If you wanted to play some street hockey and you were a player short, you could easily just go knock on a random door and not feel weird asking someone to come out and play.
