"Good for business and living, parking scarce."

So much has changed post-gentrification..Many more people living here and development not showing signs of slowing down. So, of course, rents and demand goes up!! I think it's great that many more people have come into the neighborhood, we just really need the City & DOT to take notice and address parking problem for residents.(i.e. Remove the recently added metered-parking, where no meters existed up until June 2016).
