"Seems like a nice neighborhood"
We used to go walking down this street when we lived in the area and even toured the model homes when the neighborhood was being developed. The neighborhood seems really nice and the people who live on this street were always friendly to us. We didn't buy into this neighborhood because the houses and lots are really small compared to other homes in the area.
The neighborhood is located just outside the Waterford Lakes area so you can take advantage of what the area has to offer without paying the higher Waterford Lakes residential prices. The big shopping center for the area is located right down the street off of Woodbury Rd.

Rachels Ridge Loop
"A nice neighborhood"
We almost bought a house in this neighborhood before deciding to go with another nearby choice. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained. It looks like a nice place to live.
One drawback is that Rachel's Ridge lets out into the middle of a school zone on Clarke Rd. You can see and hear the nearby school from the house we were looking to purchase in the area. The north part of Rachel's Ridge Loop backs up to the local elementary school. (It's an 'A' school by the way.)

"The Place for Good Living"
The motto for the City of Ocoee is "The Place for Good Living" and it tuly is. Everything we could possibly want is nearby or within a reasonable drive away. Ocoee is the only place where we've lived in Orlando where the drive to work is not congested. Many shops and restaurants are available within a 15 minute drive from our home. Ocoee has a lot of parks and recreation facilities as well as a jogging trail. We are very happy in our current location.
Our community is really nice with well maintained homes and friendly neighbors. The yards are more spacious than in other places we have lived in the Orlando area. It is very quiet and peaceful here.
