"Busy road, very commercial, big mall"

Important highway that links extreme parts of south Miami. Despite the fact it's busy, has lots of big stores, a big mall, intersects with important north-south highways, one can still find nice but affordable apartment complexes to live in.

"Very affordable housing near Coral Gables and South Miami"

The title says it all: "Very affordable housing near Coral Gables and South Miami" , it's near gas stations, mall, shops, post office, nice restaurants, hair dressers... You cross Sunset Dr and you're in a beautifully landscaped area, great for walking or riding a bike. Safe area.

"In the heart of Coral Gables, for boat lovers"

Alhambra is a road following a salt water canal, each house has its own dock. Lush gardens, trees and flowers everywhere, big and small houses enjoy the tropical airs alike. It's near a grocery story and near South Miami, a commercial area with charming shops and restaurants as well as an open mall.

"The best of both worlds: commercial and residential"

SW 72nd St, or Sunset Dr, is all residential (Coral Gables) til about SW 54th St. After that and til US1 is full of nice shops, nice restaurants and that area is called South Miami.

"Busy but wide road, great for bicycle rides"

Old Cutler Rd is a major road in that area but the space between the road and the houses is huge, there's plaenty of room there for a 6 lane highway but they dont want that beautiful 2 lane road to change (and it cant be changed, since it's a historical highway). So even though it's a busy road, living there is still very very pleasant and quiet. Expensive though.

"The place to live in if you like boats"

Cocoplum Road is all residential with awesome houses and beautiful landscaping - and if that wasnt enough it also takes you to the most beautiful gated communities of Coconut Grove, where most houses have their own dock (but there's also a marina). It's an area with many salt water canals, it's a tropical Venice.

"Gated Communities in Coconut Grove"

The south side of Battersea Rd (on both sides of S Douglas Rd) is all residential with very organized lots, smaller lots than the rest of Coconut Grove since this is an area that developed in the last 20 years. Many houses have a garage for the car AND a dock for the boat. Big houses, expensive area

"In the heart of Coconut Grove, but a lil busy with local traffic"

Narrow pretty street, trees and flowers everywhere. But it links 2 important hiways in Coconut Grove and it's used as back street route by the locals between Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. But still a nice and expensive place to live.

"Quaint and beautiful, very short street but used for throurough traffic by the locals"

It links 2 important Coconut Grove streets (Main Hwy and Douglas) but it still is a very nice and expensive area.

"This is US1 highway and it's busy 8 lane highway, hotels, malls, university, etc"

This goes south all the way to the Florida Keys. It's busy with commercial stuff - you can find anything there.

"Very busy traffic, awesome trees, narrow road"

This street was made a "historical highway" by the citizens living there so that it would remain quaint, small, pleasant, beautiful. Even though it has lots of traffic, it's one of the post card spots of Coconut Grove. Expensive area with mansions.

"Quiet, pleasant, nice church"

Quiet and pleasant street, lots of trees, flowers, beautiful landscaping. Gorgeous stone church with a wonderful community. Very nice area of Coconut Grove to live in, expensive too

"Quaint even though it has traffic"

This street is used by the people who live there as the back way between 2 important neighborhoods: Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Even though it has that traffic, it's calm and quaint, full of beautiful houses, flowers, trees, and lots of bouganvillea. The part closer to the water is a lot more expensive. This area is creme de la creme in Miami.

"Paradise in Coconut Grove"

Quiet, pleasant, beautiful gardens, secure (lots of police around). You can have your boat there too. Nice neighborhood.
