"Secret Dog Park"

SW 15th ST used to have a huge empty lot known the late night trists that took place there. But a few years ago the dof park was opened named San Janito Park. The park isn't much but its a great place to take your dog for some fun and socializing. Its full of trees so it has amble shade but like any dog park - watch your step! Its a great little park that is never full, so you and your dog can have some good bonding time without the distraction of other dogs.

"Quiet street that runs thru the Gables and Hialeah."

SW 43rd Ave is a very residential street that is full of lovely trees and greenery. I love going for a walk up an down this street or going for a bike ride. Its great to have a street near your home thats a good for exercise and is pleasant for sightseeing. There are a great deal of stop signs so I wouldn't recommend driving thru SW 43rd as an alternative to 42nd ave. But the stop signs make it a great walking/biking/running street. So if you're interested in taking a nice walk its definitely a great street to visit.

"Enjoy the Views"

I love visiting S Point Drive. I normally take my bike for a nice long ride along the beach and end up at S point Drive. Its such a beautiful street with its lovely ocean views. Any tourist who is tired of Ocean Drive should take a trip south for a little relaxation on S point drive. Bring a picnic basket and a blanket and enjoy the best sunset on Miami Beach.

"Nice Street but public services are horrible"

I used to live on Euclid Ave in a very nice townhouse. I loved where I lived, it was just a 4 block walk to the beach and to retail on Washington ave. It was always quiet and I never had any problems with my neighbors. Everything was great until the sewer started backing up in the front of our house. Every time there was a heavy storm, the sewer would back up and spill raw sewage onto my street. And the city of Miami Beach did nothing about, when I called to complain they said just to wait til it goes back down naturally. Gross! There were kids playing in that disgusting water and the smell was everywhere. Needless to say I moved asap and never looked back.

"The gateway to the Gables and Airport"

S LeJeune Road also known as SW 42nd Ave is a busy commuter street that takes you from Miami International Airport to the Heart of Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. LeJeune is lined with all sorts of business from retail to Subway, so you're choices for shopping are great. LeJeune also has public transportation running its entire length (take the J or 42) that can get you to the convenient Miami Metro Rail which can take you downtown to the American Airlines Areana and Bayfront park. S Lejeune is very close to all types of entertainment and dining but is very busy so I would not suggest living directly on this street. A few blocks away from the street is very quite though and just as convenient.
