"Speeders, slow down"

Skinny Street. Police are usually posted up at the end of the street to catch unsuspecting speeders. When I am making me deliveries, not a day goes by where someone is not involved in a traffic stop. Definite revenue maker for the city. The police use the unmarked cars for the speed traps.

"Covenient but busy"

It is an incredibly busy street. Everything is in walking range. Convience is probably the best adjective to describe this street. Traffic is an issue, especially during rush hour. Traffic Department has come out many times to time the lights to get traffic moving faster. The sounds of ambulances and police also litter the area

"Everyone keeps to themselves"

Was looking for a place to rent and came across 100th avenue. Would have pulled the trigger to move in, however there was a suicide, murder at the end of the street near the dead end. Neighbors usually tend to stay inside and keep to themselves. Quiet neighborhood, since no one congregates.

"Conviently located near shopping"

Hanging out at 125th street in Queens, everything you need is at an arm’s reach. At the corner of 101st is the local dentist. Bodegas and corner stores , food marts and restaurants litter the street. 125th is usually quiet for the most part, however at night time, can be a little dodgy

"No room for kids to play"

I grew up on Van Sicken St in Queens. Not much room for kids to play due to the streets being real skinny. We have had to pause the local street hockey game due to traffic on many occasions. Luckily no pedestrians have been hit. Traffic is some what hectic at the end of the street where it meets 131st.
