"good place to settle and rent"

apt building are nice and cosy. this street offers many commercial spots... retail, grocery, banks.fastfood, sears/marshalls mall and intersects queens busiest street ..queens blvd. i personally would love to move here if i wasnt commited to my lease. you can get to anywhere in the metropoltian area from this point using the subway or bus. school here are exceptional.

"lived on the street next to this one"

growing up there was a adolescent age gang here that thought they were getting somewhere by staying out late and drinking, stealing and beating ppl up. theyre probably still around as adults. not a good street to raise kids although the PS school 14 is very good. You can do better for this price range. look into streets in elmhurst, its much better and around the same price.

"lived here. its just ok w/o factoring commerical distance"

there is a park across the bridge that goes over the lie. from this street its a 20 min walk to the commercial areas. this street is fairly quiet and hs a great view of manhattan by the edge of the highway. the neighborhood spirit is unknown as i rarely see ppl hanging out. its a nice quiet place to live overall but theres no parking
