"Small and very crowded street. Great location, not so great everything else."

Great location, not so great everything else. This street is crowded. Parking is scarce and it is a loud street. Found just a street away from the Beverly Center, heavy traffic is not unusual here. The street mainly consists of apartments and its a few steps away from some great sushi (Sushi Roku on 3rd) and shopping. However, you trade space and peacefulness for this kind of centrality.

"A very short street adjacent to Beverly Hills High School and walking distance to shopping, recreation center and dining areas."

A very short street adjacent to Beverly Hills High School and walking distance to shopping, recreation center and dining areas. Mainly composed of apartments, this street gets a little loud and busy at the end of the school day. Parents and others picking up students crowd the street and traffic can be a little unbearable from 3-4pm during the school year.

"A quaint street filled with apartments in the Flats of Beverly Hills"

A quaint street filled with apartments in the Flats of Beverly Hills. Close to Beverly Hills high school, you can regularly see and hear the ice cream man see his wares once school hours end. It is walking distance to Little Santa Monica blvd. where you can find local staples like Roni’s Diner and Sonia Dakar’s skin clinic headquarters.

"Palm trees lines this street of mansions."

Palm trees lines this street of mansions. In the heart of Los Angeles, and just minutes away from Hollywood, this is one of the best streets in Hancock Park. The view of the Hollywood sign from this street would make wonderful post cards. Live here if you can, though the 6 million for a mansion here is fairly expensive. It’s close to the 10 freeway, and just east of Rossmore Avenue, which turns into the famed Vine Street of “Hollywood and Vine”.

"A great little tree-lined street that's walking distance from Westwood."

A great little tree-lined street that’s walking distance from Westwood. This street is a nice peaceful street close to the 405 freeway, UCLA and Westwood village. It is mainly homes, so the foot traffic of UCLA students is fairly minimal and parking is by permit keeps them from crowding the streets. However, the presence of young, intellectual students gives a nice boost to the area and if you ever wanted to rent out a room, you would likely make a killing.
