Matanzas Woods is located at the Northern Section of Palm Coast and surrounds the Matanzas Woods Golf Course. The Golf Course is a 18-Hole Arnold Palmer-signature public golf course that "weaves" into the neighborhood. Homes line the beautiful fairways.

In addition, over 1200 residential homes make up Matanzas Woods. Most of which were built within the last few years. The area is loaded with features such as:
