"A Shoppers Paradise."

Westshore Blvd is full of things to do. At the north end of the street there are two fabulous malls and plenty of places to eat. As you move south you enter a mix of a shopping district surrounded by neighborhoods and sections of neighborhoods with a small shops in-between. You can find plenty of places to get your nails and hair done as well as nic-nac shops and food.

"Peace, Love, and Fun for Everyone."

Bayshore Blvd is probably the most beautiful street in Tampa. This street runs from the McDill Air Force Base on one side of town all the way to downtown Tampa along the notorious Tampa Bay. Across from the bay, on the other side of the street, the boulevard is lined with the most beautiful houses in Tampa. Whether it is the early bird business folk in the mornings, stay at home moms during the day, or high school teams in the afternoon, with the pristine view and peaceful atmosphere there is almost always people traffic along the 8 mile or so running sidewalk. Bayshore is also home to the famous Gasparilla Parade in February where most of Tampa and surrounding areas come to celebrate (and party) the invasion of the Pirates.

"The Diverseness of Kennedy Boulevard."

Being a central street in Tampa Kennedy Blvd runs from one side of town to the other and is flourishing with most anything you might need. On the South end of Kennedy you find the interstate, a mall, and restaurants. As you continue down the 8 mile boulevard, heading towards downtown Tampa, it turns into a business district. In the past three years the property rates towards the downtown area have sky rocketed as they added a metropolitan effect by accumulating more restaurants, nightlife, and décor the street.
