"Up and coming!"

This neighborhood has so much charm and a lot to offer! My husband and I are moving here as newlyweds, this is an affordable part of nyc and I think one of Queens best kept secrets. Houses are affordable, neighbors are friendy, and the local food is tasty. Most houses are detached and have a decent yard space- as far as nyc goes. The E and F trains are a 20min bus ride away. The LIRR is 5 mins away. I am happy to be a part of such a great neighborhood.
