"E7th colonials homes"

East 7th has a love thy neighbor feel.The roads are wide and clean.
Pros
  • Nice houses
  • Middle of the f line and the q line (easy commute to the city)
  • great schooling zone, 1 block away from ocean parkway
Cons
  • hard to find parking, although most of the houses and buildings have garages
  • too many trees which can collapse in a hurricane
