"Quiet, cozy with conveinence all around you!"

My wife and I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 4 years and plan on staying until our time is up in NYC. Its quiet, safe, plenty of grocery stores, laundry mats, restaurants and bars, oh and Beautiful Astoria park a short distance away. You can walk anywhere and I can get to work in midtown Manhattan door to door in 40 mins! Single Cut brewery is a stone's throw from our front yard too! They have live music every Saturday. Yes I said yard! We have a patio space in our front yard with a fence around it, great for grilling out in the summer with friendly neighbors or spending your Saturday mornings drinking coffee in the sun. If you work in the city 5 days a week like we do, you won't want to leave this place on the weekends. Relaxing, yet plenty to do without the hassle of Manhattan. If you like Greek food, look no further. Tyverna Kyklades will blow your mind! I always seem to smile when I get off the train on Friday afternoons because I am free and know Im hiding out in our cozy neighborhood.
