"ok neighborhood, near water"

NE Bayshore Court features mostly apartment buildings. It is a little run down but not unsafe. Positives of this neighborhood are its close proximity to the water and close proximity to the 79th St. Causeway for easy access to Miami Beach. It is fairly quiet despite being close to town. This would be an ok neighborhood to live in and is reasonably priced.

"pretty street on the water"

North Bayshore Drive features mostly apartments and a few hotels. It is a nice street to stroll along in the evenings, as it is safe and not too busy, but not deserted either. It runs alongside Pace Park, which is a nice park right on the water to visit and people watch. This would be a great place to have an apartment overlooking the water.

"a pretty walk along the waterfront"

Miamarina Pkwy Drive is a short loop near the waterfront in Miami. It offers easy access to the Bayside Marketplace and Bay Front Park. It is a pretty street, well landscaped, with many high rise hotels nearby. This is a nice place to walk through in the evenings from the hotels down to Bayfront Park and enjoy the sea breeze.

"a must for Miami Heat fans."

Heat Boulevard is a short street that runs alongside American Airlines Arena, where the Miami Heat play. It also has a good view of the bay and waterfront. Really the only reason you would be here is for Heat games. Obviously this short street is very busy on game night, a good place to see and be seen.

"parking for Miami Heat games"

North East 8th Street runs through downtown Miami all the way to American Airlines Arena, where the Miami Heat play. If you can get parking on this street, it is very convenient to go to games. There is not much else on this street, some parking lots and large parking garages. It is very busy on game nights, practically like a parking lot in itself. Leave games early or late if possible to avoid traffic.

"busy retail area"

East Flagler Street is a busy commercial and retail street in downtown Miami. It runs by the International Mall, which is a pretty cool place to browse. There are many small shops and restaurants, not upscale, but clean and safe. This street runs all the way down to Biscayne Blvd and near Bay Front Park. It is a good street to walk down and people watch, and grab some authentic Cuban food.

"ok street in downtown Miami"

North East 2nd Avenue runs through the heart of downtown Miami. There is not much to see on this street, there are some shops and restaurants. It is a little run down. This street has mostly parking garages and office buildings, nothing special. There are a few shops and restaurants. I think farther north it becomes a residential area. No reason for tourists to visit unless you are parking to go somewhere else.

"Good street for tourists to know"

North East 1st Street in Miami runs through downtown, all the way to Biscayne Blvd and the waterfront. It is a busy street, but mostly full of parking, restaurants, hotels, and the Galeria Mall, which is really nice. This is not really a good street for a quiet stroll as it is busy and not very scenic, but with the mall and leading down to Hwy 1 and the Bayfront, it is an ok street to visit.
